At 359, we see every day how difficult it is for executives and talented individuals to navigate the packages offered in this new profession of chief of staff: scattered data, inconsistent practices, and few reliable benchmarks.

We have therefore created a package simulator based on our chief of staff recruitments over the past three years and on the trends we are seeing in the market.

This is not an absolute truth: figures may vary depending on the context, responsibilities, or sector. It is a benchmark to inform discussion, not to freeze it.
